In support of Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County.

Pronghorn Crossing is the latest affordable housing development by Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County, located in a growing neighborhood in Cheyenne. This project will see the construction of 12 new homes for families in need. It will be our largest development to date, with all 12 homes set to be built in just one year!

Whether you’re joining us as an individual, with a corporate team, or as part of a community group, we’d love to have you on the build site. No experience is needed, just a willingness to learn, work hard, and help build affordable homeownership opportunities for families in our community.

To remain compliant with OSHA regulations, volunteers must be 16 years or older to participate on the build site.

In Support of Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County

Habitat builds and finances affordable homes by providing a 0% mortgage for families and individuals who would otherwise be priced out of homeownership. By removing interest and keeping monthly payments manageable, we ensure that hardworking households can build stability without being burdened by escalating housing costs.

Beyond the home itself, this model creates long-term impact. Families partner with Habitat by contributing sweat equity and participating in financial education, building the skills and confidence needed for successful homeownership. Each home becomes a foundation for stronger families, improved health and educational outcomes, and a more stable, connected community.
